Odors can come from many sources. Some odors can require more than one method of deodorization. However, no matter what the odor situation, the same fundamental principles apply in order to deodorize. If you have had a fire or smoke damage the odor will linger in the affected area unless treated. The Foster's professional is skilled in detecting and removing odors due to smoke, mildew, pet urine, cigars, and more. We know that not every odor is good or bad. | URINE DECOMTAMINATION |

| At Fosters we know that pets are part of the family and sometimes they have little accidents inside the home. Our state of the art equipment provides the best possible solution. Acting quickly once an accident has happened is the key factor in the decontamination process. If left too long pet urine can pass through the carpet fibers and absorb into the padding below. The padding will act like a sponge and sometimes hold onto the contaminant even after cleaning. If anyone tells you that they can guarantee the complete removal of any pet stain then you should be cautious. Sometimes if a pet has a favorite spot, cleaning may not be enough to decontaminate the area properly. We may need to lift the carpet up and replace the padding underneath that area; this will remove the scent and the desire for your pet to keep returning to the same area. We provide a complete range of decontamination solutions. We will always be honest with you regarding what solution will work best in your unique situation. |
