"I don't know about other people's experiences, but my pizza shop in San Jose had a very serious issue with water damage. When Jerry came by, they gave me a quote and said they could start right away. I held off thinking I could get a contractor to come in and take care of it and then have the Foster's guys treat any potential mold issues. When we first exposed mold, I shut the shop down and called Foster's.
He sent three guys over and they started to deconstruct my counter. It was very hard to watch, but as they started to dig into the work, it was clear that they knew what they were doing and wanted make sure they could protect my shop. They guarantee their work and stand behind what they do. Sure, they aren't cheap, but for this kind of work and liability, no one is. I got a similar quote from another place, and I am happy I went with Foster's.
They spent close to three full days at my shop. The bottom line is if the work is not done, they can't leave. As I mentioned, it was very hard watching my shop get taken apart bit by bit, but the Foster's people did most of the work when I was out of town on a family emergency. When they were done, everything was treated and ready to be put back together.
When you have a problem and your business depends on getting the job done right, you need to pay to get the work done. It's not like you are going to call Foster's when everything is perfect and you just want them to touch up a wall. The chances are, you are in a crisis and you need someone there that will take care of the you and the problem. Foster's did that.
Jerry and the team followed up after the work was done to make sure everything was still fine, and their customer service is obvious. They want to make sure you are taken care of. I had a slight problem (caused by me) that they came back and fixed on the spot, no questions asked and no charge. I can't say they would do that for you, but there was never an issue. Jerry said, "I'll get someone down there tomorrow morning. I don't want you to have any more problems." And that is what he did. The problem was fixed within a week without any interruption to my shop.
So, if you have a meltdown at your business (I hope you don't, but if you are reading this you probably do) and need someone to step in and tell you what needs to be done (not what you want to hear), call these guys. Ask for Jerry."

"We have a rental home in Newark that needed it's carpets cleaned after the renters left. We decided to try Foster's carpet cleaning located in Fremont. This carpet is light blue and the renters had a dog that didn't help the situation. Jerry's guys came in and did a beautiful job. The carpets looked almost brand new. The part that really made me feel good is, Jerry called the next day to see if we were happy with the cleaning and if there was anything we weren't satisfied with, he would come out again. That call proved to us that he values his customers. I will use Foster's Cleaning service again and again."

"Fosters is not your typical restoration company. Not only has Fosters performed numerous restoration jobs for the school district but they have assisted me with construction cleanup as well. Since I work for a school district, it is of the utmost importance that the schools are "child" cleaned. This means not only the inside of a classroom but the playgrounds and surrounding areas, every inch of the school MUST be safe for children. Jerry, the owner of Fosters has a "well get it done for you" attitude, I have called them at a moments notice and they have been there doing a first rate job at that! "I found Foster's to be a great company with great people. We had a house fire and they did a great job remediating our belongings, Debreu removal, and re-construction. The inside came out excellent with the finishing touches on the outside being done as I write this. The workmanship is second to none as our house looks new inside now. Some so called smoke and remediation companies will hunt you down and do a quick slam job to get your money, then run. Jerry & Roger were very helpful to us giving us a full evaluation and a step by step plan to put our lives back together. "I just wanted to take a minute to thank the crew from Foster's Quality First.My wife and I sure got an unexpected wake up call one night last month.At about 3AM I woke up to a strange noise.When I went to check out the noise, it didn't long to discover the problem.Our laundry room is on the second floor of our tri level home.The problem we had was our hot water line to the washing machine blew.We had water everywhere.On the first level we had approx 4 to 6 inches 0f standing water.I didn't know what to do, so I went to the phone book and that's where Foster's came in.I called them at about 3:15 AM.I thought I would end up leaving a message at that time of the morning.I was wrong ,the owner himself answered the phone on the third ring.You don't know the relief I felt when he said he would have a crew there in 30 to 60 minutes or less.Sure enough by 4:30 they had five men working in our home, two trucks, and they took care of everthing.So not only did they perform the emergency work they put our house back together as well. They also took care of all of our insurance requests.So if you are ever in an emergency situation you can truly depend on this company.We will alway's be greatful for there help.Thanks again................"
